Ecowater Systems - Three weeks and counting for service
My system was full of brine water one day and not operating. I called Eco for service.
They wanted their $175 service fee up front. the tech arrived while we were away and turned the motor on, cycled the system, and left. No service was done. He left a note and bill.
When we returned, I filled the system with salt and put it on auto mode.
The next day, our water was so salty it was undrinkable.. I called service again and they said they'd send someone over in 2 days. Upon returning home 7 days later, no service hsd been performed. We called again and rescheduled.
The tech never showed up or called.
In summary, their service of the units is a 1 on a scale of 10. If you are considering buying one, don't.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
