Customer service is severely lacking. Have a water machine for almost 5 yrs from them and under contract.

The machine breaks down and they take it away to repair after multiple failed attempts at repairing in the office. They did not offer to give us a replacement machine until ours was fixed, and did not provide an idea of when the machine would be repaired despite multiple calls. I could not get any staff or manager to return my call in a timely manner. Finally, we get a replacement machine.

The machine is dirty and moldy and the water tastes terrible. Turns out a few of the filters were old. They came out and cleaned machine and replaced the filters. In the meantime, they order us a new water machine which is on back order from the manufacturer.

It has been months and no new machine. This old one starts leaking. So they send the repair man. He advises us our new machine doesn't have an ice maker like this one.

He leaves after fixing the leak and five minutes later the machine is leaking again. I call and complain and they said they would send him back out. He never came. I also relayed how upset I was at this whole situation and they said they would have the general manager call me.

He never called. When our contract is up, we are done with these people.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
