We purchased a system and we noticed that there was a leak in the system, then we noticed that the floor was a little spongy, my husband who is disabled crawled under the house and noticed that the system wasn't hooked up properly and caused alot of damage to the flooring and cabinets and I would think that it would have been caught when the technician changed filters which is another story in itself. I called the company he was rude and uncaring.

The initial technician that installed it he no longer working there. Hmmm?

I understand that I signed a contract and still have to *** the bullet pay for it. The more I see what a mess we have the more angry I get that people don't care about there customers. Where is the service after the sale.

I will have no other recourse but to take legal action.

Again, paying for something that ruined my floor and still have to pay for repairs for this faulty equipment not to mention that I can't use my kitchen. I will send pictures

Reason of review: bad quality damaged equipment, still having to pay for faulty equipment.

Monetary Loss: $4500.

Preferred solution: Letting me get out of my contract and reimburse the whole amound plus taxes. And/ or being reimbursed for damages.
